It has been prepared in consideration of the nature of preserved flower arrangements and handcrafted products, and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all products sold through View Fiori, including preserved flower arrangements, acrylic products, vases, gifts, and related accessories, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Nature of Our Products

Our products are made using natural preserved and dried flowers. Slight variations in color, flower size, texture, or arrangement may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials and the handmade production process. These variations are normal and shall not be considered defects eligible for return or exchange.

3. One of a Kind Products

Products marked as 'One of a Kind' are unique pieces with no identical replacement available. If such a product becomes unavailable, it cannot be exchanged for an identical item.

4. Custom-Made Products

Products that are custom-made, personalized, or manufactured according to the customer's specific request cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, unless the product arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, materially differs from the agreed specifications, or where required by applicable law.

5. Eligible Return & Exchange Cases

Return or exchange requests may be accepted in the following situations: • The product arrives damaged due to preparation or shipping. • A product substantially different from the ordered item is delivered. • A confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect affects the quality or usability of the product. The store reserves the right to inspect and verify each claim before making a final decision.

6. Cases Not Covered

Returns or exchanges will generally not be accepted in the following cases: • Minor natural variations in flower color or appearance. • Minor handmade variations. • Change of mind after receiving the order. • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer. • Improper storage or handling after delivery. • Custom-made or personalized products after production has commenced.

7. Reporting Period

Customers must contact the store within 24 hours of receiving the order if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Clear photographs of both the product and its original packaging must be provided before the product is used or the packaging is discarded.

8. How to Submit a Request

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service and provide: • Order number. • Customer name. • Description of the issue. • Clear photographs of the product and packaging. The request will be reviewed and the customer will be informed of the outcome within a reasonable period.

9. Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another legally acceptable method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

10. Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange results from an error by View Fiori or a confirmed product defect, the store will bear the related shipping costs. If the request is based solely on customer preference or is otherwise not eligible, the request may be declined or any applicable shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
