Delivery is available every day of the week except Friday.
Any order placed after 5:00 PM (Riyadh Time) on Thursday will be scheduled for Saturday delivery.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Riyadh Time) will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the following day.
Delivery hours are from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Delivery times may vary slightly due to circumstances beyond our control.
Due to factors outside the store's control, such as the recipient's response time, delivery coordination, traffic congestion, or road accidents, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
The store is not responsible for any errors made by the customer, including incorrect recipient names, phone numbers, or delivery addresses. The customer bears full responsibility for any issues resulting from such errors.
If the recipient refuses to accept the order for any reason, the sender may request that the order be redirected to another recipient within 24 hours only.
